Founder and Managing Director
Chontel, our Founder and Managing Director, is the heart and driving force behind GPM Clean. From the outset, she envisioned a company that prioritises people over profit, built on a foundation of integrity, compassion, and a commitment to delivering services she would proudly choose for her own family. Starting the business from scratch, Chontel initially balanced every role from frontline cleaning to administration fueled by a passion for excellence and a dedication to supporting families through meaningful work-life balance.
As a devoted mother of nine, Chontel’s journey is one of immense resilience and determination. Her personal experiences have shaped a leadership style grounded in authenticity and accountability. Under her guidance, GPM Clean has transformed from a solo operation into a thriving organisation of over 40 committed team members. Despite this growth, her hands-on approach ensures she remains connected to every facet of the business, allowing for thoughtful decisions that benefit both clients and staff.

Maree
General Manager, North Regional Victoria & Lower Murray/Riverina NSW
Maree embodies the core values of GPM Clean: loyalty, dedication, and a deep-rooted passion for family-driven success. Starting her journey in 2015 as a Level 1 Cleaner, she built a solid foundation by mastering domestic, commercial, and support work. Her determination and strategic mindset saw her rise steadily through the ranks into leadership.
Today, as General Manager for North Regional Victoria and the Lower Murray/Riverina region, Maree is a cornerstone of our management team. She balances operational excellence with a forward-thinking approach, overseeing logistics while driving innovation through technology and digital branding. Her “younger-generation” perspective ensures the business remains modern and aligned with evolving client expectations.
Known for her “workaholic” drive and approachable nature, Maree is a trusted mentor to our staff. Her transition from entry-level cleaner to General Manager is a powerful testament to her character. With her sharp business acumen, Maree is not just shaping GPM Clean’s future she is inspiring everyone around her.
Emma
Office Administrator & Specialist Team Leader
Emma joined GPM Clean in 2020, just before the global pandemic, bringing over a decade of expertise in high-pressure relocation and vacate cleaning. Starting as a Level 1 Cleaner, her exceptional work ethic and natural leadership saw her “climb the ladder” through various roles, including Team Leader, Specialist Team Leader, and Roster Manager.
Recognizing her organizational talent and deep industry knowledge, Emma transitioned into her current role as Office Administrator and Specialist Team Leader. Having “walked in the shoes” of our frontline staff, she offers a unique level of empathy and practical insight that resonates with both our team and our clients.
Emma is the backbone of our administrative operations, known for her warm communication, proactive problem-solving, and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. Her journey from the tools to the office perfectly illustrates the growth and dedication we value at GPM Clean.
Meghan
Administrative Assistant
Meghan joined GPM Clean in late 2025, further strengthening the company’s family-centered foundation as Emma’s mother. Bringing a wealth of life experience and a background in warehouse and retail management, she adds a powerful layer of structure and expertise to the administrative team. Her ability to lead people and coordinate complex operations has provided invaluable insight into the company’s daily workflows.
Though new to the cleaning industry, Meghan embraced the challenge with immediate enthusiasm. She proved her capability and reliability during the busy Christmas and New Year period, successfully managing office operations with professional calmness while Emma took leave.
Meghan’s blend of management experience and genuine passion for the team’s mission makes her an incredible asset. As she continues to master the industry’s unique rhythms, her presence ensures that GPM Clean remains organised, resilient, and deeply rooted in its core family values. Liz
Team Leader
Liz joined GPM Clean in late 2023, immediately standing out with over 25 years of industry experience. Her deep knowledge, calm presence, and exceptional skill set quickly made her an indispensable member of the organization. By 2025, her outstanding performance and reliability earned her a promotion to Team Leader, marked by the proud presentation of a brand-new company vehicle as a testament to her professionalism.
As a leader, Liz excels in mentoring and training, guiding team members to develop their skills with patience and clarity. She leads by example, fostering a supportive environment built on integrity and a meticulous eye for detail. Her influence extends beyond her daily tasks, consistently elevating the team and ensuring the GPM Clean standard is upheld with pride. Mach
Senior Cleaning Specialist
Mach has been a cornerstone of GPM Clean since early 2020, boasting more than a decade of experience in the cleaning industry. Mach initially joined GPM Clean focusing on relocation cleans, overseeing both end-of-lease and pre-sale cleaning assignments with exceptional precision and proficiency.
Over the years, Mach has expanded her expertise to encompass all aspects of our operations.
