5. Quality Assurance Information
As part of our Quality Assurance Process, photos and videos are taken of the services we complete. These images and videos are used solely to verify that the services have been completed satisfactorily and cannot be altered or duplicated. Access to these materials is restricted to you, our Administration, and Management through our Client Portal. If you have any questions, please contact us for assistance.
You will receive an email confirming the day, date, time, and personnel assigned to complete your clean. A reminder will be sent the day before your scheduled service for your convenience. Upon completion of the service, the remainder of the quoted amount is due and payable. Ongoing services are billed on a 7-day account basis.
6. Payment Terms
Upon acceptance of this quote, a payment of 50% or 100% of the total amount is required to secure your booking. Our banking/account details are provided below and on your Quote.
End of Lease and Settlement Cleans must be paid in full in advance before any services are performed. This payment is considered your booking fee and is non-refundable unless cancelled within 7 days prior to your booking or approved by Management.
Quotes are valid for 30 days.
All accounts with GPM CLEAN PTY LTD – ABN 96 609 940 365 are to be settled by the due date on your invoice.
Overdue accounts will incur a late/admin fee of $25, with additional fees and interest applied if the account remains outstanding.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
If your home is not prepared on the agreed scheduled date, a rescheduling fee of 50% of your quoted services will apply.
Rescheduling without a minimum of 48 hours notice will incur a rescheduling fee of 50% of your quoted services.
A cancellation fee of 50% of your quoted services will apply if less than 48 hours notice is given.
8. Client Responsibilities
To ensure we provide the best service, we expect the following from our clients when providing cleaning and gardening services:
Access to the property at the scheduled time, ensuring that any security systems are disarmed and access is granted.
Removal of personal items and valuables from areas to be cleaned or serviced to prevent accidental damage.
Notification of any specific cleaning or gardening requirements or concerns prior to the scheduled service date.
Compliance with safety and health regulations during the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPM Clean Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or the services provided. This includes any errors or omissions in the content of the site.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only, and we do not endorse or take responsibility for the content or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.
